Nick is a welcome addition to the Network Enterprise Complex and after signing contracts he secures the last available industrial unit. As with all of our new tenants we gave Nick one months free rental so he could re locate without any down time, pressures of moving house or adverse effects that could possibly effect his business during the transition which came as a welcome surprise and a big relief to him.
Nick commented "I'm really excited about the move, the unit is five times bigger than my current one and so modern in design, it will give my company a more professional image, it's closer to home and it's a big expansion for us which is exciting, I already employ a few people and now have the capacity to grow even further without my overheads spiraling out of control, the units are so competitively priced giving me a real sense of security and sustainability. Calvin has been brilliant, he's made us feel right at home, introducing us to all the companies residing at the complex and the services they provide and more importantly, the services I provide, it's great networking with a real possibility to acquire future work for C&N Electrical Services.
Business and Enterprise Director Calvin Samways comments " We now have a plethora of industries here at the complex, precision engineering, a new start up company, a motorcycle spare parts dealer, a builder, landscape building supplies outlet, a car body finishers and to add to those companies we now have electrical services who cater for the domestic and commercial industries which compliments our existing business tenants splendidly" Calvin goes on to say " Nick and his team are a welcome addition to the complex, I know he and his team will be very happy here and we will look after them as we do with all of our business tenants, help and advice will always be to hand if he requires any, I would just like to take this opportunity to say to Nick, welcome to the Network Enterprise Complex, you made the right decision and I have no doubt we will get some trade over to you soon."
