The Grand Opening of the Network Enterprise Complex took place on the 11th May 2018 and proved to be a great success. In attendance was the South Dorset MP, Richard Drax and the Weymouth and Portland Mayor and Mayoress to cut the ribbon and officially open the Network Enterprise Complex.
Bournemouth University, business and development manager Mark Painter came along as did the Weymouth College, head of apprenticeships, Dean Spearing and his colleagues. all of whom were encouraging business networking, careers, growth and success. To help make the complex a success with the redevelopment, contractors and suppliers made an appearance as did the Natwest bank, Simon Barrett and the Natwest media.
The Network Enterprise Complex business tenants were also out in force as were friends and family to celebrate the grand opening.
Wessex FM team with Carl Ashwin made the day really special with their live coverage of the grand opening, music and pod casts of this special event. Sam Beamish from the Dorset Echo was on top form covering the story which made the Dorset papers the following week with an outstanding feature putting the Network Enterprise Complex firmly on the map and the business's who reside there.
The day was enjoyed with a buffet of light refreshment and champagne, courtesy of Kayleigh Harrisons hard work, dedication and attention to detail.
