Happy Birthday the Network Enterprise Complex! Two years old today! From an empty derelict building three years ago to a thriving industrial modern state of the art energy efficient industrial complex housing a cluster of vibrant dynamic business's in a boyant working community. The NEC grows from strength to strength and looks as good today as it did when it was first officially opened by South Dorset MP Richard Drax and the Mayor & Mayoress of Weymouth and Portland in 2018 alongside the current owner Calvin Samways, the commercial property director who was responsible for the investment and the redevelopment since inception and the success the Network Enterprise Complex is today.
Contracts were exchanged in 2017 on the 4th of July, America's Independence day!
